In the heart of the City of London, LTIMindtree required a space that was a dedicated sales platform enabling them to take a client on an experience 'tour' to demonstrate the capabilities of the business in the fast accelerating tech business.
When LTIMindtree approached RAW Fit Out to assist them with developing a client facing space, we embarked on a deeply collaborative journey to deliver the space that exceeded expectations!
The building the client occupies offers exemplary views. Despite being in the congested Square Mile, the floor allows views of Tower Bridge to the south, Canary Wharf to the East, whilst rubbing shoulders with architectural giants such as 70 St Mary Axe. RAW Fit Out design team made sure to take full advantage of the views, the natural light to bring the outside - inside as best as possible.
The Main office area; a modern, refined openplan desk layout, punctuated with focus pods, phone booths, sales hot desking and of course small meeting spaces. There is a dedicated sales 'play area' completed with Bene Pixel furniture, allowing the user to configure the space how they wish, maximising sales 'brainstorm' sessions and expanding creativity levels. A bright and airy kitchen social hub gently suggests a perfect place to touch down and enjoy refreshments.
The jewel in the crown; 'The Client's AI Studio'. The journey starts in reception, a clean and precise environment designed to focus attention to the quality materials and large LED display. Colour change lighting keeps the client experience 'on-brand'' whilst the journey continues to the boardroom - a highly corporate and fine tuned formal entity. The journey turns to a large centric feature in the room: an oak-framed amphitheatre, housing a five metre curved LED screen, acoustic ceiling detail and colour change lighting.
Full video-conferencing enables the client to connect with multiple business centres globally. Clustered around the central amphitheatre, 6 further 'scrums' or demonstration zones support the main space, for breakout work, idea generation and development. The amphitheatre curved & tiered seating is fully mobile, allowing an 'intimate' 6 to 18 person gathering, upto a full 'Town Hall' setting, where an AGM of 50+ people can congregate.
To keep this area independent, a dedicated tea point serves the client experience centre.
This regional office represents a shift-change approach to how an office can operate on a strategic level for the business, future-proofing LTIMindtree and ensuring the experience they give to the client is exceptional and above all - Memorable.
